With the registered nurse onboard 24/7 overseeing the day to day support, we can safely and compassionately deliver high intensity support. We can assist with:

- Complex bowel care, including     administering enemas, ileostomy and 

  colostomy care.

-Wound management

-medication management

-post operative care

-catheter care including SPC/IDC

-Diabetes management

- PEG, NGT feeding

- Injections including subcut, IM, IV 

- Hoisting

- Pressure Area Care

- In Home Support - 2:1 Care

Here at Encompass Disability Services, we pride ourselves in providing a high quality care. We ensure that our staff are well trained, professional, yet still warm, caring and attentive to your individual needs. We can assist you to attend your appointments, shopping, community engagement, assistance with daily activities of life- showering, cleaning cooking, laundry, linen change, making beds, vacuuming, paying bills and decluttering. 

Aged care support in home

We work alongside several well known aged care providers, to assist them with the gaps in their services. We provide assistance with daily activities of life, high intensity nursing, medication management, social support, cleaning, assistance with household tasks, light meal preparation, nursing needs.
